While the city of Bethesda has changed a lot over the years, but it’s nice to know that there are some things that have stood the test of time. Near the intersection of Woodmont and Chentenham, you’ll find the Woodmont Grill, a classic neighborhood steakhouse that has become a local institution.
Though Woodmont Grill has undergone a name change (it used to be called Houston’s), what has remained the same is the kitchen’s focus on traditional American fare with an emphasis on freshness, quality, and care. You’ll find plenty of burgers, salads, seafood and steaks on the menu, and they're all prepared with the highest quality ingredients. Try the French dip sandwich during the noon hour, and the Hawaiian ribeye for dinner paired with a nice bottle from the wine list. Yelp reviews say that this upscale eatery is great for an anniversary dinner, business lunch or even an evening out with friends from The Whitney.
