Regulars say that if you haven't yet enjoyed a meal from the La Tingeria food truck, you're missing out. Why? Well, because this popular mobile restaurant serves up street-style Mexican fare on the streets of Arlington.

The handwritten menu hanging on the side of the truck focuses on just a handful of dishes: tacos, quesadillas, sopes, and tostadas, each of which is customized with your your choice of meat and toppings. Want something extra spicy? Choose to fill your tacos with chorizo perron, salsa verde, cilantro and onions. Want a milder meal? Try an order of sopes topped with carne asada and queso fresco. Add a side of grilled street corn and an order of cinnamon-dusted churros, and you've got a full, hearty meal. Yelp reviewers say that this food truck generally isn't hard to find if you pay attention to the schedule posted on the truck's Facebook page. La Tingeria parks at the courthouse on Tuesdays, and often shows up on the streets outside places like the Arlington Arts Center, New District Brewing Company, and RFK Stadium.
