Bikram yoga harnesses the power of intense heat to enhance a workout that's embraced by people of all shapes and sizes around the globe. The heat — traditionally around 105 degrees — warms the muscles, making them more flexible so that you can sink deeper into the 26 Bikram poses. Come to the Yoga Factory to try this challenging workout.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or totally new to Bikram, you're welcome at the Original Hot 90 class. This 90-minute sweat session follows the traditional Bikram series, but newcomers can modify the poses as necessary. If you want to mix up your workout routine even more, try the women-only Buti class. It incorporates elements of tribal dance, yoga, and plyometrics for an up-tempo workout routine in a room head to about 80 degrees. Yoga Factory also offers classic Vinyasa flow classes and slower restorative yin yoga.
